Emerald Youth Foundation
Santina Busch Russell, MSCJ MPA, currently serves as a volunteer girls soccer coach at Holston Middle School with Emerald Youth Foundation since September 2023. Santina has been a PRN Substance Abuse Residential Counselor and MAT Case Manager at Helen Ross McNabb Center since March 2020. Additionally, Santina held the position of Lets Stop HIV Together Ambassador at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from December 2021 to December 2022, and served as a DIS Re-engagement Specialist/Substance Misuse Program Director for the State of Tennessee from June 2021 to July 2022. Educationally, Santina is pursuing a Certificate in Education for Ministry at The University of the South and holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Lincoln Memorial University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from King University.
Emerald Youth Foundation
Emerald Youth Foundation is a Christian, urban youth ministry that serves more than 1,400 urban children, teens and young adults each year. Our ministry is implemented through a network of more than 15 churches and faith-based organizations in five youth and community zones. We desire to raise up a large number of urban youth to love Jesus Christ and become effective leaders who help renew their communities.
