David Wood is an accomplished professional in the learning and development sector, currently serving as CEO and Founder of Jam Pan since July 2014, which focuses on transforming organizational learning. Additionally, David has held the position of Venture Partner at Emerge Education since March 2023 and founded Northern Star from August 2019 to November 2022, emphasizing a dedicated team with substantial experience. Previously, David held key roles in learning design and solutions at eLearning Network, learndirect Limited, and Virgin Media, contributing to innovative strategies and project management in various educational contexts. David's career began with Greater Manchester Police, leading the Learning Design team, and continues with ongoing education, pursuing an MSC in eLearning at The University of Edinburgh since 2010.
