Jonathan Lau is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the education, technology, and investment sectors. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor for InStride, Jonathan has co-founded and held various executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Learner Officer, driving innovative workforce education solutions. Jonathan's previous tenure as Senior Vice President & General Manager at Cengage involved managing a $300 million P&L and transforming educational offerings. With a strong background in investment management from Temasek Holdings and consulting experience at McKinsey & Co, Jonathan has a proven track record in strategy development and execution. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is furthering education in leadership and coaching.
