With extensive experience in transformative HR roles, Susan has held positions such as Chief People Officer at Ebiquity plc and Chief Human Resources Officer at Ocean Technologies Group. Previous leadership roles include Global Chief HR Officer at Cision and Partner at IBM, where Susan focused on talent and transformation consulting. Susan's career also features significant contributions at WPP and Deloitte, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented. Educational credentials include degrees from London Business School and Carnegie Mellon University, along with training from The Tavistock Institute.
