Judith Kilian

Judith Kilian is an experienced development professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Retail Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Currently serving as Development Coordinator at EMERGE Community Development since September 2021, Judith has also volunteered as Chair of the Development Team at Unity Minneapolis since January 2012, where Judith co-founded the development committee to enhance fundraising activities and manage end-of-year campaigns. Previously, from September 2006 to December 2010, Judith worked as Development Director at City of Lakes Waldorf School, overseeing fundraising events, managing budgets, and fostering donor relationships, including collaboration with the Minneapolis Foundation.
