Jim Rockhold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in accounts receivable and billing roles. Currently serving as a Billing Specialist and Accounts Receivable Medical Billing Specialist at Emerge Counseling Ministries and Emerge Inc. since June 2021, Jim is responsible for payment posting and addressing billing issues with insurance companies. Prior experience includes working as an Administrative Accountant for Wayne County Commissioners, where Jim evaluated billing invoices and contracts, and as Accounts Receivable Manager at Union Gospel Press, overseeing ledger reconciliations. Jim began their career as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at American Medical Response, managing invoicing and remittance processes. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Akron.
