Nadya Kurani

Nadya Kurani is the Chief Accounting Officer at Emerge Energy Services. Nadya has over fifteen years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. Nadya started their career as a Financial Reporting Manager at American Eagle Airlines. Nadya was responsible for the Form 10 filing and related financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and other required disclosures. Nadya also managed the monthly close process and prepared financial statements for distribution to Management. In addition, Nadya prepared the monthly balance sheet package and analyzed all variances. Nadya also managed the annual audit report preparation including all footnotes and related disclosures. After American Eagle Airlines, Nadya worked as a Senior Manager - Financial Reporting and Accounting Policy - TPG Global. Nadya was responsible for reviewing the monthly and quarterly cash flows, supervising the 401k plan audit and annual reporting requirements, and reviewing all sales and use tax returns filed monthly, quarterly, and annually. Nadya left TPG Global to work as a Consultant for a year before they became the Chief Accounting Officer at Emerge Energy Services.
