Paulina Gallelli

Paulina Gallelli is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Emerge. Prior to their current role, Paulina served as National Recruiting Manager for Employee Relations Associates from July 2010 to December 2011. In this role, they were responsible for contributing to the strategic vision and expansion of this leading human resources and talent management firm. This included providing leadership and management for the direct hire and contract placement divisions, as well as leading strategic planning efforts and selling and recruiting for executive and retained searches. Paulina also has experience with new business development, interviewing and hiring processes, and representing the company at various corporate functions.

Paulina Gallelli is a certified staffing professional from the American Staffing Association. Paulina is also certified in LinkedIn Recruiter, Human Resources: Diversity Recruiting, Sales Prospecting, and Strategies for External Recruiters from LinkedIn.
