Staceye Randle, MPOD has a diverse work experience spanning over twenty-five years. Staceye currently holds the position of People Operations Director at Emerge since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Education Opens Doors, Inc. from April 2019 to March 2021. From June 2015 to September 2018, Staceye worked as the Organization Development and Effectiveness Manager at Dallas Independent School District. Preceding that, they held the role of Elementary and Middle School Program Coordinator at Dallas ISD Career Education and Workforce Partnerships from February 2014 to June 2015. From August 2013 to February 2014, they worked as the Imagine 2020 College and Career Readiness Coordinator at Dallas ISD College and Career Readiness. Staceye started their career in 1996 as a Teacher at Dallas ISD and served in this role until August 2013.
Staceye Randle obtained a Master of Science in Positive Organization Development and Change from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, Staceye earned a Master of Liberal Arts with a concentration in Art History and History from Southern Methodist University. Staceye's undergraduate education was completed at Texas Woman's University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, with double minors in English and History. In addition to their formal education, Staceye has obtained various certifications, including being an Emotionally Intelligent Leader and Executive Coach, a Certified Diversity Professional, a Certified DiSC Facilitator, and a Crucial Conversations Certified Trainer, among others.
