Janet Nieto

Director Of Student Recruitment at EMERGE

Janet Nieto has a diverse work experience that spans various organizations and roles. Janet most recently worked at EMERGE Fellowship as the Director of Student Recruitment, where they were responsible for leading the recruitment of students. In terms of international experience, Janet worked as an English Conversation Teacher at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and as an Instagrammer at Tufts-Skidmore Spain. These roles provided their with cross-cultural and language skills.

Janet Nieto completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Community Health, Spanish, and Latino Studies at Tufts University from 2014 to 2018. In 2016, they participated in a study abroad program at Tufts-Skidmore Spain. Additionally, in 2015, they also took part in another study abroad program at Tufts University European Center, Talloires, France. Janet has obtained certifications in the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) in February 2017 and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) in May 2011.
