EMERGE
Selena Martinez currently serves as the Manager of College Success at EMERGE Fellowship, where responsibilities include managing a portfolio of over 450 scholars, maintaining college persistence rates above 90%, and leading annual outreach campaigns for university partnerships. Previous positions include 12th Grade Academic Program Manager and Student Recruitment Manager at Houston Independent School District (HISD), where coordination of personal branding and scholarship application processes resulted in over $2 million in scholarship offers for students. Experience also includes serving as a Scholarship Application Reader for the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation and an Academic Tutor for Puentes de Salud. Selena holds a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature & Film Studies from Bryn Mawr College.
