Tashfin S. has a long and varied work experience. In 2003, they founded Emerge Consultants, a company focused on regulatory, business and technology transformation programmes. In 2019, they became a Non-Executive Director at Datalink Recruitment and CEO & Co-founder of EMERGEiQ. In 2020, they founded Emerge Capital & Partners and Emerge Academy, and became an Industry Advisor at Brunel University London. In 2021, they became Chief Operating Officer at both FUNDSaiQ and GroovSense. They have also been an Investor at Onkho since 2016 and Notes Coffee Roasters & Bars since 2018.
