Scott Shadian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic communications and international relations. As the Founder of Emergence Field Labs since April 2023, Shadian has previously held key positions, including Co-Founder and CEO at Sayara International from 2011 to June 2023. Other notable roles include Strategic Communications Advisor at Development Alternatives Inc in Kabul, Strategic Communications Advisor at International Resources Group in Lebanon and Pakistan, and Senior Consultant at Hill and Knowlton MENA in Baghdad. Shadian has also contributed significantly as Senior Public Information Manager for Counter Narcotics at the US Embassy in Kabul and as a Press Advance Assistant at The White House. Shadian holds a Master's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from UCLA.
