Peter Garcia is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience working in various counseling roles since May 2009 at Emergence Health Network. Positions held include Licensed Professional Counselor, Correctional Care Therapist at Downtown/Annex, Multisystemic Therapist, and Crisis Care Manager. Prior to this, Peter served as a Behavior Consultant at the University Medical Center of El Paso from October 2017 to February 2021. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Redlands (2004-2007) and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Southern California and Webster University.
