Blake Baxter

Blake Baxter is an experienced claims and incident response professional with a strong background in the insurance and insolvency sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Claims & Incident Response at Emergence Insurance since March 2020, Blake previously held positions at Chubb as a Senior Claims Specialist and Claims Specialist, focusing on financial lines claims. Prior experience includes working as a Professional Indemnity, D&O, E&O, and Financial Lines Claims Handler at Kennedys, and as Senior 1 Manager at Woodgate & Co Chartered Accountants, where responsibilities encompassed various aspects of insolvency and debt recovery. Blake holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
