Maddy Goldfarb

Maddy Goldfarb is a legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law. Currently serving as Senior Commercial Counsel at both Emergence AI and Merlyn Mind since 2024, Maddy previously held the position of Corporate Counsel, Commercial at ClassPass from 2023 to 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Commercial Counsel at Google and Head of Legal - North America at Cloudreach from 2018 to 2022. Maddy's career began with roles as Corporate Counsel at CareerBuilder, Attorney at Cinnamon Mueller, and Legal Extern positions at Mintel and the National Association of REALTORS®. Maddy holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law (2014) and a BA in English, Political Science, and French from Muhlenberg College (2009).
