Katherine Robles-Gonzalez possesses extensive experience in emergency medical services and healthcare communication. Currently serving as a Certified Lab Coordinator at Emergency Care Programs since September 2016 and as a Communication Specialist at New York-Presbyterian Hospital since July 2017, Katherine has developed a strong foundation in medical coordination and patient interaction. Previous roles include EMT-B positions at SeniorCare Emergency Medical Services and American Medical Response, along with experience in dispatching and operational roles in various EMS organizations. Katherine's military background as a Unit Supply Specialist in the US Army further enhances a diverse skill set. Educational achievements include a diploma from Saint Pius V High School and ongoing studies at CUNY Herbert H. Lehman College, following completion of a prior program at SUNY Bronx Educational Opportunity Center.
