Lindsay Bertrand

Lindsay Bertrand currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy and System Performance at Emergency Medical Care Inc. and holds the position of President Elect for the HIMSS Eastern Canada Chapter. Previously, Lindsay worked as the Chief Clinical Information Officer at Nova Scotia Health Authority and as the Manager of Physician Informatics at OPOR. Earlier career roles at IWK Health Centre include Interim Manager of Prenatal Care, Operations Manager, Anesthesia Assistant, and Registered Respiratory Therapist. Lindsay holds a Master of Health Informatics from the University of Waterloo, a Diploma as an Anesthesia Assistant from Thompson Rivers University, a Diploma in Respiratory Care Therapy from Dalhousie University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology also from Dalhousie University.
