Daniel Kowalzyk is currently serving as the Medical Director of Emergency Medicine at EPMG, PC at St. Mary Hospital in Hobart, IN. Prior to this, they held positions such as Physician Medical Director at Emergency Physicians Medical Group and Chairman of Emergency Medicine at Midwestern University. With a D.O. degree in Osteopathic Medicine/Osteopathy from Midwestern University, they have had an extensive career in Emergency Medicine, including serving as the Emergency Dept. Medical Director at MetroSouth Medical Center from 2000 to 2008.
