Jaysun Cousins is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in emergency medicine. Since July 2003, Jaysun has served as both an MD at Emergency Physicians of Tidewater and an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Prior to these roles, Jaysun served as a Major in the Medical Corps of the United States Army Reserve from December 2000 to February 2010. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree obtained from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2003, along with a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Virginia Tech, completed in 1996.
