David Tucker

David Tucker has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. David was the Founder, Chairman, and President of Emergency Safety Solutions, where they aimed to save lives by addressing safety issues on active roadways. Prior to that, they co-founded UTEC SURVEY in 2006 and served as a Director and Officer, handling strategic planning and operational oversight. David played a key role in the company's placement with private equity and the subsequent exit acquisition. From 2003 to 2013, David was the President of Canyon Offshore at Helix Energy Solutions Group. Additionally, they co-founded Valkyrie Commissioning Services, Inc. in 2000 and held the position of Director, SVP Finance & Commercial.

David Tucker earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UC San Diego between 1983 and 1987. From 1988 to 1992, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Chapman University. Lastly, from 2003 to 2005, David attended Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
