Beth Roome is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and training. Currently serving as a Certified Advanced Instructor at Emergenetics International and as the Founder and President of Switchback Institute, Beth focuses on enhancing team performance through workshops and strategic thinking initiatives. Prior roles include Manager of Organizational Development at the Colorado Department of Public Safety, where Beth developed the Leadership Strategies Institute, and Training and Exercise Program Manager for the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, overseeing training systems across Colorado. Beth's background also includes work as a Disaster Behavioral Health Specialist, emphasizing workforce resilience and crisis communication. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University and a B.A. in Sociology from Colorado College.
