Melissa Ress has a diverse work experience history. Melissa started their career as an Intern at Kente Circle in 2012 and later worked as a Direct Support Professional at H.O.M.E.S, Inc./Access to Employment from 2011 to 2013. Melissa then joined Metro Social Services as a Program Coordinator from 2013 to 2015, where they provided Intensive Therapy Services to children and their families. After that, they worked as an Office Manager at Kente Circle from 2015 to 2016. In this role, they supervised a team and oversaw various administrative duties. Melissa's next position was as an Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator at Emergenetics International from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working as a Relationship Manager at Emergenetics International, a position they have held since 2018. In this role, Melissa is responsible for securing customer satisfaction and managing client contracts. Melissa Ress completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Sociology at the University of Minnesota Duluth, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Argosy University Twin Cities, which they completed between the years 2010 and 2013.
