Danielle Portnik

Danielle Portnik, MBiotech, CHE, currently serves as the Senior Director, Commercial and Acting Country Head at Emergent BioSolutions since May 2023, overseeing the Canadian business and advancing commercial products, including NARCAN Nasal Spray©. Previously, Danielle held the position of Regional Business Director, International at Ambry Genetics from April 2021 to April 2023, where strategic planning and partnerships were established across the Americas, the UK, Ireland, and ANZEA for precision medicine. Danielle's earlier roles at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals included Product Manager and Key Account Manager for critical care and oncology, focusing on brand management and market growth. Before that, Danielle was the Associate Marketing Manager at IKARIA, Inc., and has a solid educational foundation from the University of Toronto with multiple degrees in Biotechnology and Genetics.
