David Hebert

David Hebert has a strong background in biostatistics and data sciences. David currently holds the position of Vice President and Head of Biostatistics & Data Sciences at Emergent BioSolutions since 2023. In this role, they provide leadership and strategy across all development areas, collaborating with various teams to ensure the business meets milestones and objectives.

Prior to their current role, David served as the Head of Biometrics at Radius Health, Inc. from 2021 to 2022. David was responsible for providing statistical leadership and support to ensure clinical development aligned with corporate goals.

Before joining Radius Health, David was the Head of Biometrics at Novan, Inc. from 2019 to 2021. David played a crucial role in aligning statistical strategies with corporate strategies, clinical development programs, and regulatory submissions.

David also has an extensive tenure at UCB. From 2013 to 2018, they served as the Senior Director and Head of Global Statistical Sciences, overseeing a well-respected global department. From 2011 to 2013, they held the position of Senior Director and Head of Global Biostatistics, leading a department focused on achieving financial and productivity goals.

Prior to their time at UCB, David held various positions at Quintiles from 1999 to 2003, including Manager and Principal Biostatistician.
