Elyse Ramos

Elyse Ramos is a seasoned professional in organizational strategy and transformation with over 17 years of experience. Currently serving as Senior Director of Transformation & Governance at Emergent BioSolutions since May 2023, Elyse drives enterprise-level business transformation and governance initiatives. Previously, Elyse held multiple leadership roles at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) from 2013 to 2022, including Senior Director of the Strategic Initiatives Office, where initiatives encompassed executive governance and multi-year Customer Engagement Transformation. Earlier career experience includes various positions at Deloitte, focusing on human capital consulting, and HR program management at MechoSystems. Elyse holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston University.
