Melanie Hiebert

Melanie Hiebert, CPIM, has extensive experience in supply chain and production management, currently serving as the Vice President and General Manager of the Winnipeg Site at Emergent BioSolutions since December 2014. Prior to that, Melanie was the Director of Supply Chain Management at Emergent BioSolutions and held the position of Supply Chain Manager at Freshwater Fish Marketing Corporation for a brief period in 2014. Melanie's career also includes a long tenure at Valeant Pharmaceuticals, starting as a Production Operator and advancing through various roles including Production Group Leader, Quality Assurance Reviewer, and ultimately Buyer/Planner. Melanie holds an APICS CPIM certification in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Fox Valley Technical College and completed the Site Leadership Development Program at the Valeant Pharmaceuticals Training Center.
