Roger Criblez

Roger Criblez, CPA, currently serves as the VP of Finance at Emergent Connext and as Chief Executive Officer of GRiT Gateways. With a career spanning from 1995 to the present, Roger has extensive experience as an independent consultant and in various senior financial roles. Notable positions include Managing Director of Development at Benton Ridge Telephone Company, where Roger was instrumental in securing $53 million in FCC auction funds, and Acting CFO at Watch Communications, achieving similar funding success. Roger held the role of CFO at Upventur, focusing on the outdoor social media sector, and previously served as a Partner at Gilmore, Jasion, & Mahler, LLC. From 2007 to 2013, Roger was CEO of Pry Professional Group, where restructuring efforts were made to enhance operations and client relations. Roger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University.
