Katherine Spina

Katherine Spina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership, project consulting, and program leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at Emergent Holdings since December 2018, Katherine focuses on maintaining and enhancing the Business Process Management tool. As the Owner and Leader of Awesome Authors Kids from October 2017, Katherine provides writing programs for schools to inspire young writers. Previous roles include Project Consultant for Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and Writer for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, as well as various positions at Volkswagen Customer CARE, where Katherine developed correspondence templates and supervised teams. Katherine holds a BA in English and Writing from the University of Michigan and has a background in management across diverse industries.
