Lauren Haight, MPH, PAHM, is a Corporate Innovation Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, where responsibilities include vendor management and program deployment to enhance clinical outcomes. With extensive coaching experience, Lauren serves as an Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach at Orchard Lake St. Mary's Preparatory and as a Volleyball Coach/College Recruiting Coordinator at High Performance Volleyball Academy, focusing on athlete promotion and recruitment. Previous roles encompass the Vice President of the Michigan Volleyball Coaches Association, a varsity volleyball coach at Sterling Heights Senior High School, and a National Select coach at Legacy Volleyball Club. Additionally, Lauren has held positions in quality improvement and care coordination at Meridian, where data management and process improvements were pivotal, along with experience in health education and occupational therapy assistance.
