Mark Bajema

Mark Bajema is the CTO at Emergent Software. Mark has over fifteen years of experience in the software industry, developing a wide range of custom software projects for small, medium and large clients.

Mark started their career in August 2003 at Innovative Technology Solutions, Inc. where they spent twelve years working as a Technology Solution Provider. Mark was responsible for developing a variety of web-based applications, databases, intranets, and windows-based applications. Some of their most notable projects include an audio-visual rack configurator, POS data importer, and sales reporting system.

In March 2015, Mark left Innovative Technology Solutions to join Emergent Software as their CTO. At Emergent Software, Mark is responsible for leading the technical direction of the company and overseeing the development of their flagship product, Emergify.

Mark Bajema is a computer science and math major at Calvin University. Mark plans to graduate in May of 2020.

Some individuals on their team include Zach Green - Senior Software Architect, Chase Kaufenberg - Software Engineer, and Tom Hart - Senior Software Solutions Engineer. They work with Chris Lefstad - VP, Operations, Sylvester D'Agostino - Director, Project Delivery, and Stacy Bajema - VP, Innovative Mentoring. Their manager is Jamie Anderson, CEO.
