David Wampler

David Wampler has extensive work experience in the field of satellite communications link analysis. David began their career in 1985 at Stanford Telecommunications and later worked for ITT Industries, Exelis, Harris Corp., and Peraton while consistently performing NASA/GSFC contracting work. David held the position of RF Satellite Communications Link Analysis Engineer for 32 years until November 2017. In December 2019, they joined Emergent Space Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Principal Software Developer.

David Wampler has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware, which they obtained from 1981 to 1985. David then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, studying from 1988 to 1993.
