Ghosh has also held the position of Guest Faculty at the Department of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry at OUAT, Odisha, India, and previously worked as a Senior Research Fellow at Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya. Ghosh is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Soil Sciences at Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya, having completed a Master of Science in Soil Sciences at Punjab Agricultural University between 2017 and 2019.
