Lakshmi Narayanan is an experienced professional with a robust background in technical recruitment and SAP consultancy. At Emerging Alliance since January 2015, Lakshmi has held multiple roles, including Technical Recruiter, Techno-Functional Specialist, SAP B1 Team Lead, and SAP Business One Technical Consultant, focusing on gap analysis, customization, and technical pre-sales alongside sales executives. Prior to this, Lakshmi worked as a Software Developer at Gantec Solutions from January 2011 to January 2015, developing desktop and medical device applications. Lakshmi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Vidyasagar College of Arts and Science and completed +2 education at Govt Hr Sec School.
