Manikandan Raman

Manikandan M Raman has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Manikandan founded and served as the Managing Director and Coach at Emerging Alliance, where they implemented SAP-ERP software for different industries and developed add-on solutions for manufacturing and human capital management. Manikandan also successfully implemented MineMaster, a mine management solution, and long-range RFID tagging technology for underground mines and tunnels. In 2019, Manikandan founded Solvdinbox. Prior to that, they worked at Caterpillar Inc. in roles such as Supplier Collaboration Manager, Category Manager, Product Development Engineer, and Design Engineer, where they contributed to idea generation, concept development and testing, beta testing, and market testing for new products in the building & construction and mining sectors.

Manikandan M Raman pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy from 1996 to 2000.
