Bec Heinrich

Bec Heinrich serves as the National US Greenhouse Leader and Managing Director at Deloitte, overseeing Design and Delivery client experience teams across various industries and driving growth and transformation initiatives. In addition to leading multiple Greenhouse site teams, Bec plays a key role in culture, change, and communications within Deloitte. With prior experience as CEO and Co-Founder of Rising Generations, and various leadership roles in organizations such as the National Student Leadership Forum and the YWCA NSW, Bec has a strong background in innovation and leadership development. Bec is also a Board Member for The Way Out, an initiative of The Salvation Army focused on supporting homeless individuals with addiction issues, as well as for Emerging Prairie, a digital-media company enhancing the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Educated at prestigious institutions including Georgetown University and Stanford University, Bec holds multiple degrees in business, law, and political science.
