Michael J. Burke

Mike is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of broad-based managerial and financial experience in the healthcare industry, including expertise building high growth, dynamic companies. Mike began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he spent 12 years prior to joining Sachs Group, a healthcare data and information company, as its chief financial officer (CFO). Upon the sale of Sachs Group, Mike again partnered with Michael Sachs to form Sg2, a healthcare analytics and intelligence company where Mike served as executive vice president and CFO until the Sg2 sale in 2014. Mike is currently vice chairman and CFO of TLSG Investments, LLC, an early-stage venture firm focused on technology-enabled healthcare services and SAAS-based software companies. He serves on several boards of TLSG Investments’ portfolio companies. Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
