Elizaveta Elizarova

Elizaveta Elizarova has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment. Elizaveta started their career as a Recruiter Assistant at ANCOR in December 2020 and worked there until April 2021. Elizaveta then joined Mars in May 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where they were responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for various departments and also worked on optimizing the onboarding program for HR newcomers. Elizaveta'srole at Mars also involved leading a recruitment project for a new production line and developing a regular recruitment reporting system. In 2022, Elizaveta worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PepsiCo for three months before joining Talent First, a recruiting agency, as a Senior Recruiter in August 2022. Elizaveta'smost recent roles include working as a Global Recruiter at Emerging Travel Group and RateHawk, starting from June 2023.
