Lauren Streb is an accomplished executive coach and leadership consultant with extensive experience in personal and professional development. Currently serving as a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp and a Group Facilitator at Forum, Lauren also operates Lauren Streb Coaching, providing tailored coaching and workshops. Notable roles include Facilitator for Emerging Women, where leadership programs for women leaders are conducted, and Group Facilitator for the Stanford Women in Management program, focusing on the experiences of female GSB students. Lauren previously held significant positions at Genentech, managing large teams and overseeing complex drug transfer projects.
