Steph Yost, PCC, CPCC, serves as the Chief Creative Officer at GumTree LLC since August 2004, specializing in liberating leaders and teams from outdated beliefs to achieve professional and personal success. With extensive experience as a mentor coach at Techstars and a facilitator for Emerging Women, Steph has contributed to the development of leadership skills across various sectors, including technology and corporate training. Previous roles include Whole Life Leadership Coach at Gaia Inc., Human Resources Director at White & Lime, and founder of the Women’s Networking Group of PA. Educated in Philosophy and Religious Studies, Steph holds certifications in Professional Co-Active Coaching and Leadership from the Co-Active Training Institute.
