Aldis Erglis

Aldis Erglis has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Aldis began their career at MicroLink as a Project Manager from 2001 to 2006. Aldis then moved on to Lattelecom Technology, where they worked as the Head of Software Development from 2005 to 2007. Following that, they joined FMS as the Sales and Marketing Director from 2009 to 2013, overseeing a team of 6 people and managing budget planning, operational management, and product development. In 2013, they joined ELKO Group as the Business Processes Development Director until 2018. Currently, they are working at Emergn in various roles, including ML Lab Lead from 2018 to 2021, VP Technology Strategy from 2021, and now as the Country Manager for Latvia.

Aldis Erglis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Latvijas Universitate between 2003 and 2008. Aldis then pursued a Master's degree in Economics at the same institution from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) in 2023, VFQ Foundations from Emergn in 2021, The Open Group Certified: TOGAF™ 9 Certified in 2020, Scrum Master Certified in 2018, and others. Aldis has also completed various online courses and certifications related to business strategy, data analysis, and programming.
