Tim Bailey serves as the Vice President of Client Enablement at Emergn since May 2024, focusing on the growth of Consulting in Digital Products across various industries, including Retail, Finance, and Manufacturing. Prior to Emergn, Tim held the role of Product Group Manager at Ford Pro from 2018 to May 2024, leading the development of Commercial Telematics SaaS products and achieving significant revenue growth. Tim's extensive experience at Ford Motor Company over 17 years included positions such as Office Director of FordLabs Europe, where an innovation startup was established, and Senior Digital Product Manager, overseeing key mobility product strategies. Tim began a career in engineering at Pilkington United Kingdom Limited, contributing to significant cost savings through innovative designs. Tim holds a BEng Hons degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Salford.
