Brandie Laughner, MPS, SHRM-CP

Brandie Laughner, MPS, SHRM-CP has a diverse work history. Brandie is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at EmergyCare since April 2023. Before this, from January 2023 to the present, they have held various leadership positions in the Virtual chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association (VLERA), including VLERA Chapter President and VLERA Chapter Vice President. In these roles, they organized virtual events and webinars, facilitated networking opportunities, and promoted constructive dialogue among members within the Labor and Employment Relations field.

Brandie also has experience as a Human Resources Consultant at National Logistics Network, LLC from August 2022 to December 2022. In this role, they advised executives on HR matters. Prior to that, they owned and operated B.L. Photography, where they specialized in portraiture and product photography from May 2014 to May 2019.

Brandie completed their Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations at Penn State University from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Penn State University between 2016 and 2021. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a focus on the business path (PSYBS). In addition to their academic achievements, Brandie obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in March 2022.
