Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Emeria UK since October 2021, Anita also holds the position of Head of Learning & Development. Previous roles include Learning and Development Consultant at Wienerberger UK, UK L&D Manager and Global Digital Learning Lead at Lohmann & Rauscher, and various leadership positions at Inchcape Retail UK and Tyco Integrated Fire & Security. Anita has a strong educational background, holding a CIPD Level 7 Extended Diploma in Human Resources Development from Coventry University and a CMI Level 7 Senior Leader (Distinction) from Imperial Business School.
