Ingrid THORAVAL

Ingrid Thoraval is currently the Responsable diversité, inclusion et partenariats at Emeria, where they lead the internal inclusive policy and manage relationships with educational institutions. Previously, they served as Responsable Gestion de carrière at FONCIA from 2015 to 2022, overseeing career management and project execution, including the implementation of Workday and talent management initiatives. Ingrid's career also includes roles in recruitment and mobility, where they facilitated recruitment processes and developed partnerships with educational institutions. They hold a DEUG from CELSA and a Master’s from the Institut français de presse.
