Ashley Chiampo is currently the Chief Learning Officer at Emeritus. Prior to this, they were with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Eruditus Education, Asia School of Business, New Global Mind Consulting, and iDiscoveri.

Ashley has over fifteen years of experience in coaching, consulting, and program management. Ashley has a proven track record in designing and delivering innovative and impactful programs that produce results.

Ashley is a graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management and the Boston Consulting Group.

Ashley Chiampo reports to Ashwin Damera, CEO & co-Founder. They are on a team with Shaun Dubash - Chief Product Officer, Chaitanya Kalipatnapu - Co-Founder & Executive Director, and Ganesh S. - Chief Human Resources Officer.
