Dara Pauker is the Founder and CEO of Dauntless Decisions, LLC, and has extensive experience in strategic consulting and business development across various sectors, particularly in retail and apparel. With a strong background in P&L management, Dara has served as an Interim GM and Strategic Advisor, assisting corporations like a $3B multi-brand footwear company and leading growth initiatives at DXL Group, a major retailer in men's big and tall apparel. Previous roles include President and General Manager at ghd North America, SVP of Strategy & Business Development at Jones Apparel Group, and various positions at Liz Claiborne Inc. and Custo Barcelona. Dara holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from The Wharton School and a magna cum laude A.B. in Social Studies from Harvard University.
