Fernanda Deyl serves as a Customer Insights Senior Manager at Emeritus since June 2019, leading primary research initiatives within the Market Research and Customer Insights team. Concurrently, Fernanda holds the position of Customer Insights Manager at Guaipeca Market Research & Intelligence. Previously, Fernanda was the Head of Consumer Insights at Laureate International Universities, overseeing strategic studies related to higher education institutions in Brazil and various international markets. Earlier career experiences include teaching as a guest professor at Universidade Feevale, and working as an Information Analyst and Commercial Planner at Grupo RBS. Fernanda completed a Research Doctorate in Marketing Research and Consumer Behavior, and holds a Master's in Marketing and a Bachelor's in Marketing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul respectively.
