Mary Ann Barge

Mary Ann Barge is an experienced executive with a robust background in workforce development, talent strategy, and business consulting. Currently serving as Vice President of Solutions & Engagement for Emeritus since July 2021, Mary Ann previously held key leadership roles at Galvanize Inc., including Head of Enterprise GTM, where a focus on tech workforce transformation was emphasized. Additional experience includes roles as Head of People at Triplebyte, and Founder and Director of Grapevine, a talent strategy consultancy. Mary Ann's career spans various sectors, with a notable track record in advising start-ups and companies on go-to-market strategies. Mary Ann holds a BA in Classics and Russian from the University of Notre Dame, an MA in Russian and East European Literature and Culture from UCL, and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
