Polychronis Iliakis

Polychronis Iliakis is the current Commercial Operations Lead at Emerj Artificial Intelligence Research. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Care Professional at Unagi Scooters from July 2019 to March 2020. There, they strived to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction for all customer interactions. They processed orders, refunds, communicated and fulfilled customer needs. They also had an active role in daily data analysis. Some of their daily duties included resolving problems by clarifying and determining the issue; selecting the best solution; following up to ensure resolution; report creation by collecting and analyzing customer data via spreadsheets; training new agents in operating procedures, tools and communication etiquette; community management for the company’s social media Pages; meeting personal/team customer satisfaction targets; assisting with order placement, refunds, or exchanges; attempting to persuade customers to reconsider cancellations of orders; creation and maintaining of spreadsheets and presentations to organize operations, identify trends, prioritize order distribution and automate mass operations over Shopify orders; operating and customizing platforms such as Zendesk, Shopify, Slack, GSuite; and automation creation for task simplification.
